Maintenance America is a Licensed and Insured Handyman Business servicing the Las Vegas area.  There are no warranties offered or implied by Maintenance America.  Our Company is held harmless for any defects on materials other than craftmanship specifically requested under guarantee.  All work performed by Maintenance America is at a Licensed Handyman Capacity; with skilled laborers and tradesmen.  The client acknowledges that all work will be performed with professional and general skill set, and No Contractors License is requested. Estimates are as follows; pricing may inflate or deflate due to, but not limited to Special Materials/Supplies/Labor/Etc.  Estimates are subject to change due to any alterations prior to work.  Payments via CC may be subject to a 3.9% Fee for HCP Payment Software.  All balances are due upon completion of work.  Fees will be applied for late payment, and Action will be taken for Non Payment.  Payments will be considered as Late 30 days after Invoice Date.  Client agrees that any & all disputes must be settled via mediation, and agrees to accept refunds in proportion to work/moneys.  Invoices/Estimates are living contracts that can be altered with approvals from Client & Company.  Approval on any & all Estimates/Invoices by client or responsible party acknowledges terms.  Thank You for Your Business.
